2. Scope of this notice
This notice covers the 4simple.com.tr website only: the demo request form on the site and the access logs of the server the site is published from.
Data inside our products is not covered here. For companies using products such as OneGate and Lumen AI, the data controller for that company's own data is the customer company itself; 4SIMPLE acts as a data processor, processing that data on the customer's instructions. How we work on the product side is described on our Data Security page; the contractual frame is set by the data processing agreement between the parties.
3. Personal data we process
There is a single form on the site: the demo request form. No other part of the site collects data from visitors.

Please do not enter special categories of personal data (health, beliefs, union membership and so on) into the free-text field; it is there for describing your project needs.
4. Purposes of processing
- Handling your demo request, contacting you and responding to what you asked
- Identifying a suitable solution, preparing a quotation and conducting pre-contractual discussions
- Keeping a record of requests and correspondence, and exercising the right of defence in case of a dispute
- Keeping the website secure, detecting errors and misuse
We do not use the contact details collected through this site for bulk marketing e-mail, SMS or calls; we only get back to you about your own request.

6. Recipients and transfers abroad
Your personal data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. Transfers occur only in the limited cases below.

What you send through the demo form is stored on 4SIMPLE's own e-mail server, located in Türkiye; it is not transferred to any third-party e-mail or form service, CRM or marketing automation tool. No form data is transferred abroad.
Because of the hosting service, server access logs are processed on servers located outside Türkiye. You may request detailed information about the scope and basis of this transfer under KVKK art. 11 by writing to info@4simple.com.tr.
7. How we collect the data
Data is collected in two ways: (a) directly from you, when you fill in and submit the demo request form, and (b) automatically, through server access logs, when you visit the site. Collection takes place entirely by electronic means, partly automated. The site performs no automated profiling and no solely automated decision-making.
8. Retention periods
- Demo requests: 1 year from the conclusion of the request. The form sends your request as an e-mail to info@4simple.com.tr; if no contract is entered into, that e-mail is deleted from the mailbox at the end of that year.
- If a contract is entered into: for the periods required by Turkish commercial and tax legislation (Turkish Commercial Code, Tax Procedure Law) — 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship.
- Server access logs: for the retention period of the hosting provider.
- Cookie preference record: 365 days.
9. Your rights under KVKK art. 11
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
- request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data, and request that this be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- request erasure or destruction under the conditions in KVKK art. 7, and request that this be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
10. How to apply and our response time
To exercise your rights, you may submit your request, in accordance with the Turkish Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by one of the following routes:
- By e-mail: to info@4simple.com.tr, from the e-mail address you previously used to contact us and that is registered in our system.
- In writing: a signed petition, together with a copy of documents establishing your identity, delivered in person or through a notary to Yeşil 56 Sokak No:12/1 Kapı No:2, 35410 Gaziemir / İzmir, Türkiye.
Your application should state your name and surname, your signature (for written applications), your Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals, nationality and passport number), your address for service, your phone number and e-mail address if any, and the subject of your request.
We conclude your request free of charge, as soon as possible and in any event within 30 (thirty) days of receiving it. If the process entails an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Turkish Data Protection Board may be charged. If your application is rejected, you find the response insufficient, or no response is given in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the response and in any event within 60 days of the application date.
11. Changes to this notice
When the data collected on the site, the tools used, or the legislation changes, we update this notice and change the date at the top of the page. Where a change is significant, we also inform you when you next visit the site.
